How We are Operating to Serve You

Many of us are facing simultaneous new realities, including working from home (or not working at all); schooling and managing our children 24/7; worrying about our families, both near and far; and handling situations that used to be straightforward, such as getting groceries and provisions. My team and I are doing this right alongside you, and are here to help.

What this means for you: Our office was already set up to handle clients remotely, but now we must conduct all meetings virtually (either using Zoom or phone). If you’ve already provided your tax information, know that we’re doing the best we can to prepare your taxes so you know the outcome—either getting a refund or owing—so you can plan appropriately. However, in the midst of shifting deadlines, client questions, and helping our small business clients who are facing unexpected challenges, everything is taking longer than planned. In some ways, the extension of the April 15 deadline is a welcome relief, but it is still our goal to get your work done so you have the information you need to move forward and know what to expect. Please make sure Liscio is up and running so you can communicate securely with us, and be patient if there is a delay in response or processing times.
